JONATHAN EVANS
Partner (Co-Founder)
An experienced CEO, passionate entrepreneur, and proven leader, Jonathan is currently a Co-President of Skyward, a Verizon company. A company of his own founding, this drone operations management software company came after 18 years of serving as a professional helicopter pilot for LifeFlight and the US Army. Jonathan has been involved in real estate development projects for years and with the acquisition of his first company, has decided to focus on building beautiful pieces of architecture.

PETER LUCIER
Partner (Co-Founder)
With over a decade of legal experience, Peter Lucier litigates high-stakes business disputes in state and federal courts throughout California and in other jurisdictions nationwide. Peter’s wide-ranging experience includes contracts, real property disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith, unfair competition, redevelopment tax matters, business torts, class actions, and professional liability. As someone regularly trusted to advise on clients’ most sensitive matters, Peter’s expertise and experience contribute to Skyworks data-driven, analytic culture of thoughtful decision making.

HARIS TOTAKHAIL
Partner (Co-Founder)
With over 16 years experience in the commercial real estate business, Haris has delivered results for CB Richard Ellis, Argus Realty Investors and Thomas National Properties. His experience consists of managing multimillion square foot real estate portfolios, creating complex pro-forma operating budgets and preparing detailed financial assessments for acquisitions worth upwards of 100 million dollars. Now National Managing Director for JLL Capitol Markets, a commercial real estate company, Haris will design and build an organization to support the growing need for an analytical foundation within the company.

BOB THOMAS
Partner
Bob Thomas is a real estate development and capital markets professional specializing in acquisitions, equity placement and debt origination. He currently focuses on Pacific Northwest real estate development opportunities for Skyworks DG. Prior to joining Skyworks, Bob worked in CBRE's Institutional Capital Markets group and was involved in the brokerage of $2.5 Billion of office and industrial properties. Bob began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, auditing Mergers and Acquisitions transactions for technology companies. Bob is a licensed real estate salesperson in Oregon and California, a California CPA (inactive) and holds a BS and MS in Accounting from San Diego State University. When not brokering Real Estate deals, Bob can usually be found mountaineering deep in the Pacific Northwest wilderness.

BRENNAN DEGEN
Associate (Co-Founder)
Empowered and passionate, Brennan studied at the University of Utah, receiving a BS in Bio-Medical engineering while working to build Skyworks from the ground up. With experience working for sales and customer service at Apple and Skyward Brennan leans on his unique drive for success and thirst for knowledge to fuel him to deliver results.

Michael Brennan
Managing Partner
A property manager who enjoys both sides of the property management coin: building management and human relationships. Building management is a process that can be plotted out on paper and executed by experienced professionals. Human relationships inform building management and make it all worthwhile. He works to establish and maintain excellent living spaces for others in order to create asset value for my clients and ensure my residents living expectations are exceeded. Throughout his 9 year career, he's had the opportunity to work with many property types and classes including single-family bungalows up to multi-family and student housing properties featuring hundreds of units. His experiences working with talented property management professionals and hearing resident's stories about the positive impact living in his properties has had in their lives have been extremely rewarding.

STEPHEN MCKEON
Partner (Co-Founder)
Stephen McKeon is a finance professor at University of Oregon. He completed his PhD in Finance and master’s in Economics at Purdue University. His professional experience includes six years as a chief financial officer and involvement with several venture backed start-up firms as an employee, co-founder, and board director. Steve’s research on private equity, M&A, security issuance, and risk-taking has been published in top academic journals and has been cited in numerous international media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, NY Times, and Financial Times. Prof. McKeon joined the Lundquist College of Business finance faculty in 2011 and teaches valuation, financial analysis, and venture capital in the PhD, MBA and undergraduate programs.
